You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using SuitePop, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before delivery. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all orders made through our service.
We aim to deliver your celebration packages on or before your scheduled event date. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. SuitePop is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
You must provide a safe and accessible delivery location. Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests or locations with limited access.
Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting items and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.
All celebration packages are rental items unless otherwise specified. You agree to:
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during your rental period. Replacement costs will be charged to your payment method on file.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days before delivery will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of delivery are non-refundable.
Items must be returned by the agreed-upon return date. Late returns may incur additional fees. We provide prepaid return labels for your convenience.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
All content on the SuitePop website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SuitePop or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuitePop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuitePop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuitePop operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
